Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Framer/Skilled Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting prospect to contribute to building projects that require precision, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for executing framing tasks and supporting various construction activities with energy and dedication.

Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life while maintaining safety and quality standards on every project.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing and related tasks
- Construct, install, and repair structural frameworks using wood, steel, for buildings, walls, floors, roofs, and ceilings
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist with heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule while adhering to safety regulations

Qualifications

- Proven experience in framing, carpentry, or skilled labour within the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow safety guidelines diligently
- Prior experience with wood framing projects or working in diverse construction environments is a plus
