but just in case here are some highlights of what your job will entail:Manage shift activities and support the team to ensure smooth operations.Able to handle front, middle and back of store activities.Able to resolve customer issues and complaints.Deliver best customer service to our patrons.Train workers and create their work schedule.Ensure all standards of work are maintained at the workplace.Check and ensure the available quantity of stock for the next shift.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Report to Restaurant Manager and Department Managers.QualificationsWhile previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, the most important is who you are. You lead by example and are accountable. You have high expectations and consistently raise the bar for yourself and your team. When confronted with a situation, you can assess and problem-solve with confidence.
