Overview Position Description: This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time. Responsibilities Maintain project oversight and governance Ensure project compliance to PMO standards and provide project linkage to the Strategy & Performance Management team to meet project/program KPIs and strategic objectives. Drive project through full-lifecycle from initiation through planning & execution to closure. Facilitates risk management, escalating risks, issues, impediments and dependencies. Work with IT development teams in each of the functions on the functional delivery Project requirements gathering, management and communication and maintenance Stakeholder analysis and effort estimation Coordinate UAT all current software in isolated systems simulations Observe and identify all current and potential gaps and improvement opportunities Schedule meetings with stakeholders and business users to provide status updates on projects Qualifications University degree and/or equivalent work experience Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Project planning, project plan management, project execution Governance – lower, middle, senior/executive level Project status and reporting- Milestones and deliverables tracking Stakeholder management across business and IT teams Financials and budgets management Executive personality, excellent communication skills to manage Senior executive level conversations Influential and ability to achieve project deliverables under complex delivery teams & structures Risks & Issues management Compensation A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is $95,000–$145,000.
