Interior Health Authority is seeking a permanent full time Lead, Spreading Quality Improvement who will drive quality initiatives across the IH region. The role focuses on supporting physicians and teams to test and spread improvements that enhance patient care and resource use. The position requires a Master’s degree in a health-related field with QA/training experience and five years of quality improvement leadership in health care, plus strong facilitation and communication skills.
