Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and personable Front Desk Servers to join our dynamic team at our Vaughan and Mississauga locations! Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring proper communication with kitchen staff and servers.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS, while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the front-of-house areas, including dining spaces and service stations, adhering to food safety regulations.




- Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service delivery, balancing multiple tables and responsibilities seamlessly.

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
