Duties

- Nail tech: Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and care
- Lash tech: Apply eyelash extensions, lifts, tints, and other lash enhancement treatments to enhance natural beauty
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each client
- Educate clients on nail and lash aftercare to ensure long-lasting results and satisfaction
- Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, lash serums, and skincare items to enhance client experience and boost sales




- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health and safety regulations

Experience

- Proven experience as a nail technician or lash artist with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your skills
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus but not required; willingness to learn preferred
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals
- Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices within a salon setting
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles enhances your ability to engage clients effectively
