Roof & Exterior Cleaning Technician — Full-Time

Shine Property Services is hiring a full-time technician for our Victoria crew. We clean roofs, gutters, siding, and windows for homeowners. This is physical outdoor work, including work on roofs. You’ll join a team that cares about safety, quality, and leaving each home looking great.

What you’ll do

- Clean roofs, gutters, siding, and windows
- Work safely on roofs and ladders using the proper equipment
- Protect customers’ homes, landscaping, and property
- Complete jobs efficiently without cutting corners
- Take job photos and keep your crew informed

Pay and prospect You are guaranteed at least $28 per hour. Our technicians average $40 per hour with performance pay. We’ll explain how the pay system works during the interview,



including how job performance and quality affect earnings.

This is a full-time position, with training on Shine’s equipment and cleaning methods and an opportunity to grow into a lead technician role.

You must have

- Previous experience working on roofs
- A valid driver’s licence
- The ability to do physical outdoor work and use ladders safely
- A reliable, respectful approach to customers and teammates
- Pride in doing quality work

Roofing, construction, exterior cleaning, and similar trades experience are all relevant. You don’t need to know our cleaning methods before you start. Apply directly through Indeed.
