We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team-oriented and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is creative, versatile, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of design projects from concept through production.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across both creative design and print production while collaborating with team members, clients, and suppliers.

The Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our design and print production teams to create, prepare, and manipulate graphic files for a variety of client projects.

Responsibilities

- Create, design, and execute graphic elements for physical marketing materials, including in-store collateral, brochures, concession menus, signage, and other printed materials.
- Ensure all graphic elements adhere to client brand guidelines and production requirements.
- Retouch, edit, and prepare images for use across various projects.
- Create mock-ups and visual concepts to support client presentations and project development.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready graphic files for print.
- Assist with print production, including obtaining samples, preparing files, creating mock-ups, and coordinating with suppliers to move projects from concept through completion.
- Create professional, on-brand internal documents and presentation decks.
- Stay current with design trends and best practices across print, packaging, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Work collaboratively with the design and production teams while independently managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Review files and completed work for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience required.




- College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of print production, prepress, and file preparation.
- Knowledge of current design practices across websites, digital marketing, packaging, social media, and email.
- Experience taking marketing and design projects from initial concept through final execution.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established client brand guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Additional Information Language Requirement: French not required.
