Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We are currently hiring Support Workers for our group home located in Penetanguishene, Ontario, supporting children and adults with multiple diagnoses. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate start availability.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide 1:1 support to individuals in a group home setting
- Assist with daily living activities, outings, hygiene, and meal preparation
- Implement and follow individualized Behaviour Support Plans
- Drive clients to appointments and activities in the community (company vehicle use may be required)
- Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure a safe, supportive, and structured environment

Schedule:

- 12-hour continental shifts: 9:00 AM to 9:00PM
- Includes weekends and holidays as scheduled

What We’re Looking For:

- Must have reliable transportation – location is not transit accessible




- A valid G Class Driver’s License is a strong asset and required to operate company vehicles
- Ability to work in a physical and active role
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dual diagnoses, or behavioural challenges is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
