We are looking for an experienced and dependable Group Home Supervisor to join our residential team supporting individuals with developmental and behavioural needs.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can support and guide frontline staff while ensuring a safe, positive and client-focused environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in developmental services, residential care, group homes or a related field
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Robust communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs
- Comfortable providing staff direction, coaching and accountability
- Strong documentation skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- First Aid/CPR

Schedule: Full-time 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. shifts following a continental rotation.
