Job Title: IBMS (Operative BMS) Techno-Functional Analyst Job Type: Full Time Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Job Description We are seeking an experienced IBMS (Operative BMS) Techno-Functional Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Operative IBMS/BMS , application support, and SQL-based troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of broadcast/media workflows and experience supporting scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing applications.

Key Responsibilities Provide L1/L2/L3 application support for Operative IBMS/BMS in a helpdesk environment Troubleshoot issues across scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing modules Manage incidents, service requests, and user queries through ticketing tools Perform SQL-based troubleshooting, data validation, and corrective fixes Investigate data inconsistencies and system integration issues Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)



and ensure SLA compliance Support user access, application configurations, and minor enhancements Collaborate with sales, traffic, finance, and technical teams Support application issues within VDI, VPN, and EUC environments Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Operative IBMS/BMS Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows including scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing Solid SQL and database troubleshooting skills Experience with Helpdesk/EUC application support Familiarity with Service

Now, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Understanding of VDI, VPN, and infrastructure/EUC environments Knowledge of system integrations and reporting tools
