- Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ preferences and recommend suitable styles and products
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner to build rapport and enhance their overall experience
- Upsell hair care products and retail items that complement clients’ needs, boosting sales and satisfaction
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently




- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and product innovations through ongoing training and industry research

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of diverse looks and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and actively listen to client needs
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures within a salon setting
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients alike
- Prior experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is a plus but not required
- A valid cosmetology license or relevant certification as mandated by local regulations
