Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Hardware Engineer.

The Hardware

Engineer will design, develop, and validate electronic and computer hardware components and systems, from concept through production. Daily responsibilities include creating and reviewing circuit schematics, selecting components, collaborating on PCB layout, and performing simulation, testing, and debugging of hardware prototypes. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams in software, manufacturing, and product management to ensure reliable integration and performance.

Engineer will also document designs, support design reviews,



and contribute to continuous improvement of hardware development processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Hardware Development and Computer Hardware, including end-to-end product lifecycle understanding.
- Candidates should possess solid Circuit Design and Electronics Hardware Design skills for creating, simulating, and optimizing electronic circuits.
- Candidates should possess core Hardware skills, including component selection, PCB design collaboration, and hardware debugging.
- Experience with hardware testing tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters) and validation methodologies.
- Knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, or FPGA-based designs is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams with transparent written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and working with suppliers or manufacturing partners is a plus.
