Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile, proactive Handyman / Handywoman to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of a wide variety of repair, maintenance, and small renovation projects—handling them from the initial quote all the way to final project completion. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who is comfortable taking on general trade work (carpentry, drywall, basic plumbing/electrical), comfortable working on ladders and at heights, and capable of managing basic job administration and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Project Completion: Take ownership of assigned jobs from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship, tidy job sites, and complete client satisfaction.
- Quoting & Estimating: Perform site assessments, evaluate repair needs, estimate material/labor requirements, and provide accurate project quotes.
- General Trades & Repairs: Execute a broad range of maintenance tasks including carpentry, drywall patching/finishing, trim installation, painting, and basic plumbing or electrical repairs.
- Work at Heights: Comfortably and safely work on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs for exterior maintenance, gutter/deck repairs, and seasonal setups (such as holiday lighting).
- Administrative & Communication Duties: Maintain clear records of completed jobs,



track materials used, manage digital work orders, and communicate professionally with clients and team management.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose structural, mechanical, or aesthetic issues quickly and implement durable, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Handyman, Handywoman, or Multi-Trade Technician across residential or commercial properties.
- Finish-Minded: Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and see projects through to 100% completion without cutting corners.
- Ladder & Height Comfort: Fully comfortable working at elevated heights and on extension ladders while strictly following safety protocols.
- Basic Business / Admin Skills: Ability to generate estimates, use smartphone/tablet apps for work orders, and write clear notes/quotes.
- Tool Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of standard hand and power tools (saws, drills, levels, multi-tools, etc.).
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to job sites. Working at Heights certification is a robust asset (training can be provided).

Pay: $25.00-$31.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
