We are looking for an experienced and reliable Handyman / Maintenance Worker to perform repairs and maintenance in residential apartments and buildings throughout Toronto and the GTA.

Responsibilities include: Apartment repairs and general maintenance Drywall installation and repair Patching holes, cracks, and damaged walls Painting and touch-ups Minor flooring repairs Door and hardware repairs and replacement Lock and handle replacement Minor plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, drains, and small leaks Light fixture and light bulb replacement Caulking and sealing Preparing and repairing apartments between tenants General maintenance and small repairs as required Requirements: Previous handyman, maintenance, or renovation experience Must have own vehicle and be able to travel between properties Must have own basic tools Ability to work independently and complete jobs properly and efficiently Reliable and responsible Starting pay: $25/hour, with the possibility of an increase based on experience and quality of work.

Work locations: Toronto and Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
