Duties

- Provide compassionate client-centred care
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Maintain accurate client records omputer operation skills in Jane App EMR
- Support mobility and client safety
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor patient conditions, report changes to nursing staff
- Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in acute care settings or similar healthcare environments is highly preferred
- Bilingual individuals are a strong asset for effective communication with diverse patient populations
- Solid computer skills are essential for documentation and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of medical terminology,



medication administration protocols, and nursing practices is required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Outstanding communication skills to interact empathetically with patients, families, and team members
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial for providing compassionate patient support
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
