Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Full-Time Hockey Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hockey and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with equipment selection, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and supporting daily operations such as inventory management and shipping/receiving.

The Hockey Sales

Associate will help process incoming shipments, restock merchandise, track inventory levels, and ensure products are accurately displayed and available. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, team-focused, and eager to contribute to both sales success and operational efficiency. Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries effectively
- Support the sales team by processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized displays and ensure the cleanliness of the sales area
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and stock checks
- Receive, process,



and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently, including unpacking deliveries, verifying shipments, preparing outgoing orders, and ensuring products are handled and stored properly.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Assisting with inventory organization to ensure product availability and loss prevention.

Experience

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning about products and engaging with customers effectively
