Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly as they arrive, managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide attentive guest services by answering questions, offering menu recommendations, and accommodating special requests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor throughout each interaction.




- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting tables and clearing after meals.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling reservations or guest inquiries over the phone.

Experience

- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members alike.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Square or similar platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including serving techniques and food safety practices, is beneficial.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality settings can enhance your ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively.
