Key Responsibilities

- Guest Experience: Warmly greet arriving guests, manage seating rotation, and bid farewell to departing patrons with genuine hospitality.
- Flow Management: Coordinate table availability, estimate wait times accurately, and maintain smooth dining room traffic to support service staff and kitchen flow.
- Takeout & Delivery: Receive, verify, package, and process phone and digital takeout/delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
- Front Entrance Care: Keep the host station, entrance foyer, and waiting area clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Team Communication:



Collaborate closely with servers, bussers, and management to ensure flawless guest service.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous host/hostess or customer service experience is an asset, but not required—we are happy to train the right personality!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a welcoming, positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires.
