We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Hotel Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Days Inn by Wyndham Airdrie. The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing a welcoming breakfast experience for hotel guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Morning shifts, 5:30 AM to 11:00 AM, including weekends and holidays

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and set up the hotel breakfast area before service.
- Ensure food, beverages, utensils, and supplies are fully stocked and attractively displayed.
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Monitor food levels; cook and replenish breakfast items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, tables, counters, and equipment.
- Follow all food handling, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Complete breakfast-area cleaning and designated housekeeping duties at the end of the shift.
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Respond to guest questions and requests in a courteous and professional manner.




- Perform general hotel housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining designated public-area washrooms such as the lobby and lounge washrooms, while maintaining appropriate separation from food preparation and food-service activities.
- Restock washroom supplies and report maintenance concerns to management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Must be available for early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous hotel, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Friendly and positive attitude with solid guest-service skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical duties.
- Able to lift and carry supplies as required.
- Food safety certification is an asset.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 – 30.0 per week
