Duties

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning schedules and high-quality service delivery
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain cleanliness standards
- Train current team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
- Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations across all housekeeping activities

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and standards
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments
- Knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality industry best practices, and guest service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure
- Strong communication skills to lead teams, train staff, and interact professionally with guests
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, supplies management, and safety regulations related to custodial work
