As an HR Generalist, you will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and play a crucial role in administering NSCH’s employee perks and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This position requires managing employee inquiries, maintaining benefit records in Paylocity, and collaborating with vendors and stakeholders for a seamless experience. Your contribution will enhance operational efficiency and support a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee benefits administration including enrollments and terminations • Respond to employee inquiries about benefits and HR policies • Coordinate leave management and return-to-work processes • Ensure accuracy of employee data and records management • Support onboarding and offboarding processes effectively

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with a focus on benefits • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity • Excellent communication and confidentiality skills • Knowledge of employment laws and benefits administration
