Your role will include preparing and issuing compliance orders and maintaining thorough inspection documentation. Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with regulations • Issue Orders to Comply and Stop Work Orders as needed • Document inspection results and maintain records • Prepare testimonies and evidence for enforcement actions • Solve compliance challenges on-site effectively

Requirements: • Degree/diploma in Architectural or Civil Engineering • 3 years of experience in municipal inspections required • Certified Building Code Official (CBCO) designation • Knowledge of related construction standards essential • Valid Class G driver’s license required
