Job Summary

PrairieNova Windows & Doors is a growing Saskatchewan company specializing in residential window and door replacement. We are looking for an experienced and motivated In-Home Sales Representative to work with PrairieNova on an independent contractor basis in Saskatoon and surrounding areas.

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with strong earning potential. PrairieNova provides qualified customer leads and scheduled in-home appointments, allowing you to focus on meeting homeowners, understanding their renovation needs, recommending appropriate window and door solutions, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and closing sales.

This is not primarily a cold-calling or door-to-door sales position. We are looking for someone who knows how to listen to customers, build trust, communicate professionally, and close business without high-pressure sales tactics.

Responsibilities

- Meet homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable window and door solutions
- Explain product options, features, glass packages, colours and installation options
- Take accurate preliminary measurements for quotations
- Prepare and present professional quotations
- Follow up with prospective customers and manage sales opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships and close sales
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information
- Coordinate with PrairieNova as projects move from sale to final measurement and installation
- Provide qualified customer service throughout the sales process

What We’re Looking For

- Previous sales experience,



preferably in windows and doors, home improvement, renovation, construction or a related industry
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and confidently close sales
- Comfortable working independently and managing customer appointments
- Basic understanding of residential construction and measurements is an asset
- Window and door product knowledge is a strong asset
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
- Professional, dependable and organized
- Fluent English required

Compensation & Opportunity

- Independent contractor position
- Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential
- Expected annual earnings: $70,000–$120,000+, based on individual sales performance
