Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential,commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as trash removal, floor care, dusting, and surface sanitization
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the relevant management or property owner
- Maintain a high level of organization in your cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations
- Adapt cleaning routines based on client needs or specific instructions to deliver customized service
Experience
- Prior experience in residential and commercial cleaning or facilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety practices necessary for effective service delivery
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thoroughness in every task
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled timeframes
