The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced equipment finance and commercial lending professionals who want a flexible, independent way to put their existing relationships to work.

This role is ideal for individuals who:

- Have built strong relationships in equipment finance, leasing, or commercial lending




- Want to stay active in the industry without the constraints of a full-time corporate role

This is a fully commission-based, independent contractor position with no quotas, no geographic restrictions, and complete flexibility in how you manage your time and relationships. PDL Capital has some of the best internal systems in the business and a support staff to help close more deals faster.

What You'll Do

- Source and originate equipment finance and leasing opportunities through your existing network
- Maintain and grow relationships with vendors and business clients
- Identify client financing needs and match them to the right PDL solution
- Represent PDL Capital's fast, transparent approach to equipment financing in your market

What You Bring

- 3+ years of experience in sales
- Existing relationships in equipment finance, leasing, or commercial lending
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach to building your own book of business
