Commonwealth Plywood Distribution is a distributor of cabinetmaking materials offering a complete range and a unique service for architects, designers, kitchen designers and cabinetmakers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Take customer orders by phone, in person or by email;
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction;
- Develop and retain customer loyalty;
- Work with the external representative and the internal team to maintain effective customer relations;
- Use multiple computer applications simultaneously;
- Performs daily office operations and assumes various additional duties, as needed, to support the continued success and efficiency of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:





- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of transactions/calls;
- High level of organization and prioritization of work tasks; Good ability to work in a team;
- Very valuable computer knowledge/ Comfortable working with multiple applications simultaneously;
- Have the ability to calm difficult situations with customers; Ability to manage several tasks and projects at once;
- Bilingualism (French and English spoken and written)

WORKING CONDITION: Permanent;

Salary: $40,000$ to $60,000 per year;

Full time, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; 40 hours/week;

3 weeks of vacation after 1 year of continuous service; Pay paid every week;
