About the Role

At Luxe Luminaire, we don't just install lights — we transform the way homes look and feel after dark. As an Installer, you'll be on the front lines of that transformation, working hands-on to bring stunning permanent outdoor LED lighting systems to life on residential properties across Ottawa.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to give it their all, and wants to be part of a team that's building something real. No lighting or electrical experience? No problem — we'll train you from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

- Installing permanent outdoor LED lighting systems on residential properties, working alongside experienced team members to deliver a flawless finished product
- Loading, unloading, and handling materials and equipment safely and efficiently on job sites
- Keeping work sites clean, organized, and secure throughout every project
- Operating hand tools and power equipment in accordance with safety protocols
- Supporting skilled installers and taking on increasing responsibility as your skills grow
- Taking accurate notes on tasks completed and materials used when required
- Representing Luxe Luminaire professionally on every property you step foot on

What We're Looking For

- No prior experience with lighting or electrical work required — we provide full, hands-on training
- Previous experience in a labour-intensive or trades-adjacent role is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker




- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and sustaining physical activity throughout the workday
- Reliable, punctual, and someone who takes ownership of their work
- A team player with solid communication skills and a positive attitude
- Basic familiarity with hand tools is an asset
- Hungry to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time

Pay: $22.00-$27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 44.0 per week
