We are looking for a RIBO licensed individual to join our growing, dynamic and winning team. The successful candidate will assist our team of brokers with customer service tasks and have the opportunity to grow into a commercial insurance role and earn a competitive salary. Responsibilities

Creating Insurance slips, certificates of insurance, binders, and other client related paperwork. Ensuring that brokers are using the proper marketing tools and processes. Assisting producers and account managers with the management of policy renewals.

Any other customer service-related tasks as may be requested from time to time. Client facing communications, including but not limited to obtaining risk information for renewals or new business, assessing insurance requirements, delivering endorsement documentation and certificates. Processing endorsements and payments in insurance company portals





Ensuring that client files are up to date and properly documented Completing all applicable documentation with accuracy Working well with other team members Qualifications

Must possess a RIBO insurance license Experience in customer service as it relates to the insurance industry is an asset Motivated self-starter who is results driven and has a positive attitude Highly organized and detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook Experience with EPIC or premium financing portals is considered an asset. Compensation

$66,000 annually or more depending on experience Commission on recent business sales Two weeks of paid vacation Company paid lunches when working in the office Other Conditions In office, permanent position Main language of work: English 35 hours per week between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Must be a permanent Canadian resident or citizen
