We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Junior Competitive Coach to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in developing young swimmers’ skills, fostering a love for the sport, and preparing them for competitive success.

Duties

- Assist in planning and delivering engaging swimming training sessions tailored for junior competitive swimmers
- Support and implementing training programs that improve technique, endurance, and race strategies
- Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to help them refine their skills and boost confidence
- Monitor swimmer progress through regular assessments and maintain detailed training records
- Foster a positive, motivating environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Help organize and supervise swim meets and team events, ensuring safety and smooth operations




- Promote proper safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in teaching or coaching swimming, especially with young competitive athletes
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, strokes, and training methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire swimmers of all levels
- Passion for teaching and developing athletic talent in a supportive setting
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative when needed
- Clear understanding of safety procedures related to aquatic environments
- Prior experience in competitive swimming or coaching certifications is a plus but not mandatory
