Duties

- Assist with meal preparation by chopping, peeling, and organizing ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Support food handling procedures to ensure cleanliness, proper storage, and safety compliance
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, equipment, and work areas throughout shifts
- Help with serving food to customers or staff promptly and courteously when needed
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met




- Restock supplies and ingredients as required to keep the kitchen well-equipped for busy service periods
- Support the overall operation of the kitchen by performing basic cooking tasks under supervision

Skills

- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and hygiene practices
