Duties

- Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure high-quality dishes are served efficiently
- Support the cooking process by following recipes, portioning ingredients, and maintaining consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
- Help with food safety practices by adhering to health regulations and proper storage procedures
- Support serving staff by preparing orders for delivery or table service as needed
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies,



notifying management when restocking is required
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and working collaboratively during busy hours

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail in all duties
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward supporting colleagues
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
