Join our dynamic team as a Labour Hire specialist, where your skills will drive the success of diverse construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple sites, supporting skilled tradespeople and construction teams with essential labor services. You will be instrumental in maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment while gaining valuable experience in various aspects of the construction industry.

Duties

- Assist with the setup and dismantling of construction sites, including material handling and site organization
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools, materials, and equipment promptly
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as required under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to assist with project tasks
- Perform general labor tasks such as concrete forming, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and masonry work
- Aid in construction activities like carpentry, cabinet installation, painting, caulking,



and concrete finishing
- Support plumbing, electrical work, welding, restoration projects, and other specialized trades as needed

Requirements

- Prior construction experience or familiarity with construction sites preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus
- Experience with heavy equipment operation is desirable but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
