Junior Java Developer Canada Remote Location: Canada Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3 +Years Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Junior Java Developer to join our development team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java programming, experience with Spring Boot, and an interest in building scalable and reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities Develop, test, debug, and maintain Java-based applications.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code.

Work with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL .

Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Troubleshoot application issues and resolve bugs.

Collaborate with senior developers, QA engineers, and other team members.

Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and development activities.

Learn and apply recent technologies as required.

Required Skills 13 years of hands-on experience in Java development .

Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading .

Experience with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.





Good understanding of SQL and relational databases .

Familiarity with Git/version control.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have Exposure to Microservices architecture .

Basic knowledge of Docker or cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP .

Familiarity with React, Angular, or another frontend technology.

Experience with JUnit or other testing frameworks.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools.

Education Bachelor''s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering , or a related field.
