As a result, youwill get tolearn, grow, and experiment within different areas of both Scotiabank and Tangerine! Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Contribute to a customer-focused culture to deepen relationships andleveragebroader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

Support the development and maintenance of cloud platforms, services, and components to enable safe,enterpris-wide use of public cloud offerings.

Develop an understanding of how individual components contribute to larger platform products.

Assistin implementing and refactoring code.

Assistin ensuring software, programs, and applications meet availability, integrity, reliability, security, and compliance requirements.

Work with engineers and architects to break down, scope,



and estimate tasks.

Work with application teams to support onboarding onto the cloud platform.

Participate in planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.

Learn to build andoperatehighly availableand scalable software and infrastructure.

Wedlove to work with you if: You are currently enrolled ina Computer Science, Engineering, or related post-secondary program You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.

You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, and hackathons.

You have knowledge/experience in: Foundational understanding of cloud or infrastructure concepts.

Exposure toprogramming or scripting through coursework or academic projects.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Curiosity and willingness to learn enterprise cloud technologies.

Public cloud platforms (e.g.

Google Cloud Platform).

Infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.

Development or scripting languages (Go, Python, Shell, etc.).

Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). CI/CD tools.

Database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, relationaldatabases).

Unix/Linux administration skills.
