**Role Overview** We are seeking a talented and driven Product Designer to join our engineering consulting team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to create innovative and user-centric solutions for a diverse range of clients across various industries.

You will play a pivotal role in the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation, translating complex engineering challenges into intuitive and engaging user experiences. **Responsibilities** Lead the full design process from discovery to delivery, including user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.

Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.

Present design concepts and solutions effectively to internal teams and external clients, incorporating feedback thoughtfully.

Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development process.

Tech. degree in Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.



2-8 years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar design-focused role.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating expertise in user experience, visual design, and problem-solving.

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.

Experience working within an agile or iterative development environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Experience collaborating with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience working in an engineering consulting environment or on multiple client projects.
