Shell Automation, Infrastructure Monitoring, Windows/Linux Administration Job Description We are seeking an experienced Monitoring Tool Automation Engineer with 8 10 years of overall IT/infrastructure experience and strong expertise in automation, server administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

The role focuses on developing automation solutions using Python and Power

Shell, supporting Windows and Linux environments, and managing enterprise monitoring platforms.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain infrastructure automation solutions using Python and Power

Shell.

Automate monitoring, health checks, operational activities, and server administration across Windows and Linux environments.

Configure and support infrastructure monitoring using Nagios, ITRS, and Icinga .

Develop monitoring dashboards, alerts, and performance reports.

Perform server performance tuning, troubleshooting, and proactive system-health monitoring.

Support incident management, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.

Integrate monitoring platforms with enterprise notification and ticketing systems.





Maintain automation scripts, operational documentation, and monitoring standards.

Support production operations in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and support teams to improve system reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications 8 10 years of overall IT/infrastructure experience. 5+ years of experience working with Windows and/or Linux server environments.

Strong hands-on expertise in Python and Power

Shell scripting/automation .

Robust Windows administration and Linux/Unix Shell/Bash scripting skills.

Experience with infrastructure monitoring, log analysis, system health checks, and performance troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Nagios, ITRS, or Icinga monitoring tools.

Strong experience in incident management and root-cause analysis.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Ansible or Terraform.

Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.

Experience integrating monitoring platforms with enterprise ticketing and notification solutions.
