Full time, 30 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Cave Integration designs and installs audio, video and network systems for homes, businesses and hospitality clients across Calgary. Our work goes into high-end homes, boardrooms, restaurants and bars, and our name is on every job when we leave. We're looking for a lead installer who takes that seriously.

This is not a helper role. You'll be the person we trust to run a site, make the call when the drawings don't match the walls, and hand the job back done right. You'll work alongside the owner and our network engineer, and on smaller jobs you'll run the show yourself.

What you'll do

- Run installs from site readiness through to a clean handoff
- Pull and terminate cable to standard, and test every run before you leave
- Build and dress racks you'd be proud to show a client
- Mount displays and projectors properly, including big screens, articulating arms and difficult walls
- Read drawings and plan your pathways, layouts and terminations
- Represent Cave in front of the client, cleanly and professionally

What you bring

- Real AV or low-voltage install experience: you've pulled cable, built racks and hung displays




- A Class 5 licence minimum, with a clean driver's abstract
- Strong English: speaking, writing and comprehension
- A clean, presentable appearance. You're the face of Cave on site.
- The judgment to work on your own and know when to call the office
- Willingness to complete a background check as a condition of hire

Nice to have AVIXA CTS-I or CEDIA IST certification, or the drive to work toward them. We support the right person in getting certified.

Wage based on experience, with a clear path to grow with the company for someone who's in it for the long haul.
