As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to our team for weekend shifts. Additional weekday casual shifts are possible.
In this role, you will use our company vehicle to provide direct patient care to our communities in the greater Victoria area, administering medications, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with pharmacists and other healthcare providers while delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vitals, symptoms, and visit information.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting is completed with accuracy.
- Perform clinical tasks, including wound care, dressing changes, topical application, ear/eye drop application, and transdermal patch application.
- Maintain a secure, clean, and compliant clinical environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certifications: Active LPN license in British Columbia.
- License: A valid BC driver's license is required for this position.
- Experience: 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
