Key Responsibilities: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies for service. Prepare and execute menu items to high standards and exact specifications. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace throughout the shift. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth ticket timing and food quality. * Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience.



Strong knife skills and understanding of standard cooking techniques (searing, sautéing, portion control). Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure during busy weekend rushes. Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude. * Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain it).
