Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and effective Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic team. Duties

- Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items, ensuring freshness and quality
- Cook dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food products
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers while maintaining quality standards




- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are advantageous
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
