Line Cook – Italian Restaurant La Corte Toscana is hiring an experienced full-time Line Cook for our Italian restaurant opening in November 2026 at 586 Bloor St W, Toronto.

Pay: Starting at CA$21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

- Complete daily food preparation and mise en place before service.
- Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes according to the chef’s recipes and standards.
- Set up and manage your station during service, ensuring consistent cooking and presentation.
- Work with the kitchen team to keep service organized and on time.
- Follow food safety procedures and keep your station clean.

Requirements

- Previous line cook experience in an Italian restaurant.
- Experience preparing authentic Italian food and knowledge of traditional Italian cooking.




- Ability to communicate in both Italian and English.
- Ability to work full time and perform well during busy service.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
