Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items with precision and consistency, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee optimal quality and safety of all dishes served
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and ensuring timely delivery of meals
- Handle food safely by practicing proper storage, handling,



and disposal procedures in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless meal assembly and uphold the restaurant’s quality standards

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with serving guests and understanding customer needs enhances your ability to deliver excellent service
- Hands-on kitchen experience involving food preparation, cooking, and food handling is essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures ensures compliance with health standards
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment demonstrates your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A background in meal preparation and culinary techniques will help you excel in this role
