The Bridge Bistro is looking for a reliable, experienced Line / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. We’re a busy casual restaurant, serving locals, tourists, powder chasers, bike addicts, and hungry people who somehow all arrive at once.

We work hard, move fast, and take food seriously.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Prepping vegetables, sauces, soups, and proteins

Working the line during busy services

Stocking and organizing deliveries

Cleaning and maintaining stations

Helping newer staff learn the ropes

Staying productive when it’s quiet and calm when it’s not

Some heavy lifting is involved.

The kitchen gets hot.

Weekends exist.

You already knew that.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1-2 years experience experience as a prep cook and/or line cook

Someone dependable,



organized, and fast on their feet A strong work ethic and good attitude

Someone that is not attached to their phone, but actually appreciates to disconnect while at work.

A team player who notices what needs doing before being asked, and that is available and willing to work a mix of day, night, weekend and holidays.

References are required.
