Looking for an enthusiastic, young team leader to take on a role as a full time mechanic at Beneteau-Agri-Services. Candidates should have in depth knowledge and understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting. As a maintenance mechanic you can expect the following responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and service on machines
- Thoroughly clean machines and machines parts
- Oil and lubricate moving parts on machines
- Record all maintenance performed via work orders
- Document and record damaged, worn, or broken parts
- Identify causes of unexpected failures on machines
- Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.




- Coordinate with team to schedule regular maintenance on machines and adjust maintenance schedule
- Fabricate custom parts, tools, or frames
- Performs other duties as assigned

Here is a list of qualification that we look for in our candidates
- Two years experience performing maintenance on heavy equipment or related mechanical experience
- Keen troubleshooting skills and critical thinking mindset
- Ability to work well and reliably independently
- Creates a positive team atmosphere
- Organize with attention to details
- Maintain a calm rational approach in high-stress, fast paced environments
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Proficient with computers
- Experience with Microsoft 365 software suite
- Experience using maintenance management software

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
