Join a Finance Business Systems team supporting enterprise-wide digital adoption initiatives across integrated finance platforms. This role leads Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) development, training delivery, and in-application guidance for Oracle Fusion, EPM, and Procurement modules. The position works closely with business stakeholders, Release Management, Change Management, and technical teams to support system adoption and user experience improvements. The engagement includes hands-on ownership of OGL content, support ticket coordination, and bilingual learning resource development.

Contract, Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa, Hybrid, Working Hours: EST

Must Haves

- Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) development supporting enterprise system adoption
- HTML and CSS for OGL guides, smart tips, and user interface customization
- Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar enterprise applications
- Bilingual French and English skilled fluency
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Effective communication and collaboration skills as well as attention to detail and analytical skills

Nice to Have

- Experience working with Jira for asset tracking, defects, and enhancements
- Experience working with Release Management or system deployment teams
- Understanding of Finance and accounting processes
- Oracle Guided Learning Developer training or certification
- Microsoft365 or Google Workspace

Responsibilities





- Design, develop, and maintain in-application digital guidance using Oracle Guided Learning (OGL)
- Create interactive walkthroughs, tooltips, hotspots, and contextual help aligned with business workflows
- Translate business processes into structured digital guidance for end users
- Coordinate OGL-related support tickets, content defects, and enhancement requests
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs covering systems, processes, and tools
- Develop and maintain bilingual job aids, process documentation, and learning resources
- Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and project teams to align training and digital adoption activities
