What you''ll be doing: Diagnosing and repairing diesel, hydraulic and electrical systems on construction and aerial equipment: skid steers, mini excavators, boom lifts, scissor lifts, towable equipment Inspecting and testing every unit so it meets quality and safety standards before it goes out the door Operating and testing equipment under real operating conditions Working from checklists,



owner''s manuals and schematics Providing guidance to junior service technicians on repairs and priorities Helping decide when a piece of equipment should be retired from the fleet Keeping service records and inventory documentation accurate in the rental management system What you need: 3+ years of hands-on heavy equipment repair experience (diesel, hydraulic and electrical) Valid G Class driver''s licence with a clean driver''s abstract Able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis Strong mechanical aptitude, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision High school diploma or equivalent Heavy equipment trade certification is an asset, not a requirement Rental industry or aerial equipment background is a strong plus What''s offered: $3240/hr based on experience, bonus opportunities, company-paid health, dental and vision benefits, RRSP matching, life insurance, paid time off, annual uniform and PPE allowance, discounted gym membership, and a real career path internal training, mentorship and apprenticeship options if you want to earn your ticket.
