Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using Java, JSP, and Struts Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions Drive application enhancements, defect resolution, and performance optimization Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Mentor and guide development team members Collaborate with business users, architects, QA,
