Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Sahara Place – Brampton, Ontario

Sahara Place is looking for a creative, organized and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the continued growth of our luxury health, wellness and aesthetics brand.

The ideal candidate understands social media, content creation and community engagement. They should be comfortable capturing content inside the facility, coordinating campaigns and turning Sahara Place’s services, classes and events into compelling marketing.

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Sahara Place’s monthly marketing and content calendar
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and short-form videos
- Write captions, promotional copy, email campaigns and client communications
- Promote classes, memberships, wellness services, medical aesthetics and special events
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, collaborations and referral programs
- Communicate with instructors, practitioners and team members to organize content opportunities
- Support event marketing before, during and after Sahara Place activations
- Schedule social-media posts and maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Respond to comments, messages and community engagement when required
- Maintain Sahara Place’s luxury brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels
- Assist with promotional offers, launches and seasonal campaigns
- Track campaign performance, engagement, leads, bookings and conversions
- Prepare regular marketing reports and recommend opportunities for improvement
- Monitor wellness, fitness, beauty and social-media trends
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, content files and influencer information

Qualifications

- Experience in marketing, social media, content creation or a related role
- Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form video content
- Experience filming and editing content using tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe applications
- Strong writing, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and campaigns
- Comfortable directing staff, instructors, practitioners and influencers during content creation
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of luxury branding
- Able to work independently while collaborating with Sahara Place’s operations and wellness teams
- Available to attend occasional evening or weekend events
- Experience in wellness, fitness, beauty, hospitality or medical aesthetics is an asset
- Photography, videography, email marketing or paid-advertising experience is an asset
