We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, helping create a welcoming and professional experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests
- Check guests in and out
- Answer phones and manage reservations
- Handle guest requests and payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance

Requirements:

- Robust customer service skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Hotel or hospitality experience is an asset
- Evening/weekend availability required
- Work permit sponsorship is not available.

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- Salmon Arm, BC V1E 2S5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
